Great follow up and top quality materials used. Recently had a very complex flat roof project done at my home, by Diamond Roofing. They worked with me, the structural engineer and my contractor over a very stressful 8 week period and I am glad I chose them. I now have a roof that is warranted for some 40 + years by a company who's been in business for a long time and have received attentive follow-up following a storm. They were not the cheapest bid- but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them!!

I am writing this letter as an addendum to your companies “Customer Satisfaction Survey”, and to provide a little more input that I feel should be mentioned.

I should tell you that your companies “estimate” was one of four, and even though your company was not the lowest bidder for a roof replacement, it was the most impressive, in regards to immediate internet response service…”Estimator on site and proposed materials, etc.

Although I can’t recall all the names of your company’s workers that replaced our roof, I will tell you that it was a true pleasure to watch them as they handled their entire individual tasks.  I must tell you that in this day and age, dedicated workers, such as the men assigned to our roof replacement, are a credit to your company, and will effect its reputation that surely will follow.
